325 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the 325 platform. Continued use of this platform constitutes your agreement to comply with all terms stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the 325 platform through our website or mobile app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 325 platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 325 ("Platform", "we", "us"). They apply to all users without exception, including those who browse the platform without a registered account.
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the minimum legal age stipulated by the laws of your jurisdiction, to use this platform. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
To access the full range of 325 services, you must register an account using accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account. Multiple account ownership is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. 325 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. Users agree not to:
- Providing false or misleading information during registration.
- Using the platform for any illegal activity, fraud, or system manipulation.
- Transferring or sharing your account with another individual.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform.
- Disrupting the operation of the platform or the security of the network.
3. Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 325 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Our platform accepts deposits and withdrawals via supported local payment methods including FPX, TNG eWallet, and DuitNow.
By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds used are legitimately yours and are not proceeds from any illegal activity. 325 reserves the right to request proof of identity verification before processing any withdrawal, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on your chosen payment method. Withdrawals will be credited to the bank account or eWallet registered under the same name as your 325 account profile. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts will not be processed.
325 is not liable for transaction delays caused by third-party payment processors, network failures, or technical issues beyond our control. In the event of a transaction dispute, you must contact our customer support team within 30 days of the transaction date in question.
4. Liability Limits & Account Policy
The 325 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the continued availability, accuracy, or fitness of the platform for any particular purpose. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, this platform.
325 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any user's account without prior notice if:
- The user is found to have violated any terms set out in this document.
- There is suspected fraud, system manipulation, or unlawful activity.
- The user fails to comply with identity verification requests within the stipulated timeframe.
- User is using a VPN, proxy, or other methods to conceal their actual location in order to bypass geo-restrictions.
If an account is terminated due to a breach of terms, any remaining credit balance in the account may be forfeited by 325 upon completion of the investigation. Users whose accounts have been suspended for identity verification purposes may submit the required documents to our support team for re-evaluation.
5. Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the 325 platform are the exclusive property of 325 or our respective licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content from our platform without prior written consent from 325.
The 325 platform may contain links or integrations to third-party services, including game providers, payment processors, and analytics platforms. 325 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at your own risk.
6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
325 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
