  • Payment information: Bank account or eWallet numbers (TNG, FPX, DuitNow) used for deposit and withdrawal transactions in MYR (RM). We do not store credit or debit card numbers directly — payment processing is handled by registered third-party providers.
  • Usage data: Activity records within the platform, including games played, session duration, bets placed and interactions with the user interface.
  • Cookies and tracking: Session data, language preferences and user settings stored in your browser to enhance your experience.

2. How We Use Your Information

Information collected by 325 is used for the following purposes:

  • Identity verification: Ensures that users are real individuals who meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years and are based in Malaysia.
  • Account management: Handles registration, login, profile updates, and password reset requests.
  • Processing financial transactions: Verifies and processes deposits and withdrawals in MYR via supported payment methods.
  • Platform security: Detecting and preventing fraud, account abuse, money laundering and cyber threats.

  • Service providers: Payment providers (FPX, TNG eWallet), licensed game suppliers and technical infrastructure services that require limited data access solely to perform specific functions.

  • Fraud prevention: Sharing information with law enforcement agencies or financial institutions where fraud or money laundering is suspected.

325 does not sell, rent or trade users' personal information to third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.
